Introduction

iOS Cards 15 is designed with your privacy as our top priority.

We do not operate any backend servers. We never receive, store, or collect your game data on our own systems. The app runs on your device only. This policy describes what stays on your device and how optional Apple Game Center works (leaderboards and achievements go to Apple only—not to us).

Information We Collect

We do not collect your information. The app may store the following locally on your device for gameplay:

• Game Statistics: Wins, losses, win streaks, games played, and performance metrics
• Game Settings: Difficulty, game speed, starting score, and optional player name
• Card Memory Data: Patterns used to improve AI opponents (processed only on your device)
• Game Center (optional): If you sign in, leaderboard scores and achievements are submitted to Apple’s Game Center. We do not run Game Center, we do not host those scores, and we do not receive a copy on our own servers.

We do not:

• Operate app backend servers or databases for your gameplay data
• Collect personal identification beyond what you optionally type as a player name locally
• Collect location, contacts, or payment information
• Use advertising or analytics SDKs that send your data to us

How We Use Your Information

Because we do not receive your data, we do not use it for marketing, profiling, or analytics. The app uses on-device data only to:

• Game Statistics: Show your record and performance inside the app
• Game Settings: Remember your preferences between sessions
• AI Improvement: Use card memory locally for AI decisions
• Game Center: If you enable it, send leaderboard-related data from your device to Apple under Apple’s terms—we are not the recipient

Data Storage and Security

iOS Cards 15 stores gameplay data on your device (for example via iOS storage APIs such as UserDefaults):

• No developer backends: We do not sync your gameplay data to servers we control
• Local-first: Statistics, settings, and card memory stay on the device unless you use Game Center
• Game Center only: If you opt in, scores and achievements go to Apple’s Game Center—not to us
• iOS Security: Data benefits from Apple’s sandbox and device protections

Game Center Integration

Optional Game Center sends leaderboard and achievement data from your device to Apple. We do not receive that data on any server we operate.

iOS Cards 15 offers optional Game Center integration for leaderboards and achievements:

• Optional Feature: Game Center is completely optional. You can play the full game without signing in
• Apple's Service: Game Center authentication and data storage are handled by Apple, not by iOS Cards 15
• Leaderboard Data: If you choose to participate, your scores are submitted to Game Center leaderboards (publicly visible by design)
• Display Name: Your Game Center display name may be used in the app if you sign in
• Apple's Privacy Policy: Game Center data is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy

Data Sharing

We do not hold your gameplay data on our servers, so we cannot sell it or pass it to data brokers or advertisers.

Game Center: If you turn on Game Center, Apple receives leaderboard and achievement data as part of Apple’s service. That is between you and Apple; we do not operate that infrastructure and we do not collect those submissions ourselves.

Your Rights and Control

You have full control over your data in iOS Cards 15:

• View Statistics: Access all your game statistics through the Statistics view in the app
• Clear Data: You can delete the app to remove all locally stored data
• Game Center: You can sign out of Game Center at any time through iOS Settings
• Player Name: You can change or remove your player name at any time in settings
• No Account Required: The app does not require account creation or registration

Children's Privacy

iOS Cards 15 is designed for users of all ages. We do not operate servers that collect gameplay data from anyone. Information stays on the device except optional Game Center data sent to Apple if a player (or a parent’s Apple ID) enables it. If you have questions, contact us via the support page.

Third-Party Services

The only optional third-party integration is Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements, which is Apple’s service. We do not use advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or other tracking services that send your gameplay to us.

Data Retention

Your game data is retained on your device for as long as the app is installed. If you delete the app, all locally stored data is removed. Game Center data (if used) is retained according to Apple's policies and can be managed through your Apple ID settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of iOS Cards 15 after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
